It's basically a little young rich David Brent character running a very average woman's football team.
To be honest it looks funny but not in a good way for the Sullivan family, put it this way he is a child so I am not going to have a pop if anyone is to blame it's his father .

It's not reality TV. That's where "reality" is augmented by the TV producer, usually in the form of a competition (BB, Apprentice, SAS etc) or "structured" scenes with a loose script (TOWIE, Geordie Shore etc).
This is a fly on the wall documentary. Like I said the Sullivan stuff is surreal but the actual football side is a good watch. There's a clear divide most of the time between WHU and the Sullivans.
